Common Questions About PA Medical Marijuana Certification

First, you’ll need a valid PA driver’s license or state ID. Then, we just need one form of documentation that indicates your qualifying medical condition. This can be a picture of your Rx container or bottle, an after-visit summary from your PCP, a patient portal screenshot, etc. Or, you can use our link to complete an online Beck Anxiety Survey that our doctor can review and use as your qualifying documentation.

Our medical consultation and certification fee is $179 for a new certification and $99 for a certification renewal. It doesn’t matter if you originally certified with a different practitioner. This includes your consultation, 1-yr certification, and complete guidance through the payment process to the state for your patient card. The state charges $50 separately for your patient card unless you receive state assistance, and then that particular fee is waived.
Yes, absolutely. All of our doctors are licensed in Pennsylvania and authorized to certify patients for medical marijuana. The certification process is fully compliant with PA Act 16 state law and regulations.
After certification you will need to complete your transaction with the PA Department of Health for your patient card. We provide step-by-step instructions and live support to all of our patients for this. After this step is completed, the state mails the card directly to you from Harrisburg. Cards typically arrive in 3-21 days.
Most consultations with an intake specialist take 5-10 minutes, but we’re happy to talk with you as long as you need to feel comfortable and understand the process. If you’d rather chat online, we can do that too.
Because we do not require up front payment like other clinics, our pre-screening process eliminates this possibility entirely. You will never be asked to submit payment if it is determined that you do not qualify for medical marijuana.

Absolutely. We’re HIPAA compliant and use bank-level encryption. Your personal and medical information is completely confidential and secure. We never share your information with anyone.

Yes! Once you receive your PA medical marijuana card, you can visit any licensed dispensary in Pennsylvania. We’ll also provide you with a list of nearby dispensaries.
