If you have not already registered with the PA Dept. of Health, no worries. We will do this for you for free.

Step 3

Submit proof of qualifying condition

Submit your condition or fill out a free anxiety survey. The doctor will approve your certification over the phone, the same day.

24 Qualifying Medical Conditions in PA

In the state of Pennsylvania, there are 24 medical conditions granted entrance into the medical marijuana program. Some conditions are more common than others, but if you suffer from any of them, you qualify! If you are suffering and are not sure if you qualify for medical marijuana certification, we can help.

  • Damage to the nervous tissue of the central nervous system (brain-spinal cord)

  • Huntington's disease

  • Inflammatory bowel disease

  • Intractable seizures

  • Multiple sclerosis

  • Opioid use disorder for which conventional therapeutic interventions are contraindicated or ineffective, or for which adjunctive therapy is indicated in combination with primary therapeutic interventions

  • Post-traumatic stress disorder

  • Severe chronic or intractable pain of neuropathic origin or severe chronic or intractable pain

  • Sickle cell anemia

  • Terminal illness

  • Tourette Syndrome

All patients and caregivers must have proof of Pennsylvania residency in the form of a Pennsylvania driver’s license or a Pennsylvania state issued ID card with their current address.

Patients and caregivers must have a working email address.

Congratulations!  You can now visit any dispensary in the state, speak to a pharmacist and talk about which strains and products are best for you!  Go to our resource tab to find a list of dispensaries, a link to their website and their address.

Yes, you can be a PA medical marijuana card holder and still own your firearms. No PA patient will be forced by the police to surrender firearms.  PA law does not prohibit firearm possession for cannabis use, nor will you be in violation of you concealed carry permit. Certain cases can be an exception.
